Shipping within Finland
Artworks are delivered ready to hang within Finland. You can also pick up your artwork from Lähderanta, Espoo or have it delivered free of charge within the Helsinki metropolitan area.
International Shipping
For international shipping, larger pieces (over 70x80 cm) will be shipped rolled up without frames to ensure safe delivery and avoid damage during transport.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Finland

If shipped unframed, delivery time is 2–5 days.

If shipped framed, delivery time is 5–10 business days.
International Shipping

If shipped unframed, delivery time is 3–7 business days.

If shipped framed, delivery time is 10–15 business days.
What if the artwork is damaged during shipping?
If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. The artwork is carefully packed, but in case of damage during transport, no refunds will be issued.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the finished artwork, you have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive the artwork.

Custom Orders and Return Policy
Custom orders that are tailored to the customer’s specificatipns are not eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.
Packing Instructions
For rolled artworks:

Place acid-free paper between the painting to protect it. Always roll the painting with the painted side facing outward. Never roll the painted side inward.

Pack the artwork in sturdy cardboard and wrap it with bubble wrap for additional protection.
For ready-to-hang artworks:

Pack the artwork in a two-piece corrugated cardboard that can withstand transportation.

Use bubble wrap with the smooth side facing downward and the bubble side facing up. Add corner protectors to safeguard the edges.
