Artwork is delivered framed within Finland. You can also choose to pick it up in Lähderanta, Espoo Finland by appointment.

 

 

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Finland. Once an artwork has been professionally framed, it is ready for shipping. The shipping time depends on the framer's schedule, but the average is 1-2 weeks, with extra-large artworks taking up to 4 weeks.

What if the artwork is damaged during shipping?

 

If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. The artwork is carefully packed, but in case of damage during transport, no refunds will be issued.

Returns

 

If you are not satisfied with the finished artwork, you have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive the artwork.

Please note: If the artwork arrives damaged during shipping, no refunds will be issued.

Custom Orders and Return Policy

​

Custom orders that are tailored to the customer’s specificatipns are not eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized products. 

 

 

 

Packing Instructions

​

 

• Pack the artwork in a two-piece corrugated cardboard that can withstand transportation.

• Use bubble wrap with the smooth side facing downward and the bubble side facing up. Add corner protectors to safeguard the edges.

​

You will receive return instructions with your order, including all necessary return information.
